At Bloom, our customers’ smile comes first. We want to make sure you are super happy with your items when you receive them, that is why we offer you the unique service of trying out the items first. You can try up to 7 items,and pay for the ones you love.

How the magic (aka shopping process) works.

1. Have a look at our website and choose the items you love.
2. Add the items you want to the basket and complete the purchase process. Here you can add a voucher code if you have one.
3. The delivery department will reach out to you to arrange for a delivery time convenient to you. Just make sure you answer your phone.
4. When the items reach you, our delivery company will wait for you to try the items and confirm the order, OR, return any items that you don’t like. You can complete the payment process here and hand over the applicable fees to the delivery department.
5. You still have an opportunity to exchange (but we doubt you’ll want to ;)). You have 3 days from the day you received your order to request an exchange. Applicable fees still apply.
