1. Ordering

11.1 I am loving your items! How can I place an order on bloomit.shop?

To place an order, please select the appropriate size & color in the product view and add it to your basket. If you would like to add any additional items, please click on “Continue Shopping”. To complete your order, please click on “Checkout” and follow the instructions during the ordering process.

1.2 I just remembered that I already bought this item before! How can I cancel an order after I have placed it?

You have up to 1 hour to cancel your order after placing it. Go to “My Orders” and press on “Cancel Order”. If your order is not cancelled within 1 hour from placing the order, the order will be processed and delivered. Cancellations sent to our Instagram page will not be accepted.

1.3 Awesome. I just checked-out! How do I know if my order was completed successfully?

You will receive an order confirmation note as soon as you place your order. This will also be sent to you via email and will include your order ID and details.

1.4 What if I am unsure of an item, can I place items on hold?

When you add items to your basket, they are placed on hold for you for 1 hour only. If you don’t proceed with the order, items will be released and moved to your “wishlist” instead. Please note that our items are limited in numbers and sizes, hence, sell out fast.

2. Delivery

22.1 How much does the delivery of my order cost?

We endeavour to keep delivery costs at an affordable range. Our delivery fees inside Amman are 3 JOD, while delivery fees outside Amman are 5 JOD.

2.2 When can I expect my brand new items to arrive?

We strive to get you your order delivered within 24 - 48 hours. The delivery company will call you to arrange for the delivery. Please note that if the delivery company are unable to reach you for more than 1 day, then your order will be cancelled and returned to our offices.

2.3 Do I need to pay extra for Tax?

No. Prices are all inclusive of any taxes applicable.

3. Exchange & Return

33.1 Can I return my order?

Yes, we have made it easy for you to receive your order, try it out and return it immediately. The person delivering your order will wait for you while you try your new items to confirm the order or decide to return. For any items you wish to return, you will need to handover the item and pay delivery fees to the person at that time. Returns will not be accepted otherwise. Returned Items should be in their original condition. Please visit the Try before you buy section.

3.2 Can I exchange my order?

Yes, you have up to 3 days to exchange your item(s). They need to be unused, undamaged, and with the original tag attached. There will be an additional return fee for the delivery. If you are exchanging an item with a more expensive one, you will need to pay the difference. If you are exchanging an item with a cheaper one, we will be refunding you the difference.Please visit the Try before you buy section.

5. Payment

55.1 How can I pay for my order?

We only accept Cash on Delivery for now. New payment methods will be introduced soon. Stay tuned!

5.2 I have a voucher! Yippee! How can I redeem a voucher?

You can redeem a voucher by entering the voucher code in the “Code” section available during the basket view. The total amount will be updated when you confirm the voucher.
