Exchanges

You have up to 3 days to exchange your item(s). They need to be unused, undamaged, and with the original tag attached. You will need to pay delivery fees again. If the item you’d like to take is more expensive than the one you’d like to return, you will need to pay the difference. If the item you’d like to take is cheaper than the one you’d like to return, we will refund you the difference.

Returns

You can return your item(s) directly with the delivery person upon receiving your order. Delivery person will wait for you while you try the item(s) on, if you decide not to take any item(s), you can return them directly with the delivery person and pay the delivery fees. Returns are NOT valid otherwise.

NOTE:

Please make sure that the items you receive are the exact same ones that you have ordered.
